4 cones (Or use 1/3 basketball lines)
Two teams lined up on the 1st set of cones
The 1st person from each team runs around the cone, behind the back of their team and then links arms with the 2nd person in line
Both these people now repeat this process with linked arms
When the whole team is linked and runs around both cones, the 1st runner drops off (Eg: 5 player team: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1)
This repeats until all people complete
The winning team is the 1st to finish
Easier = smaller team, shorter distance
Harder = bigger team, longer distance
