My name is Jamie and I was in your shoes many years ago! With desire to become a pro soccer player from the age of 10, I set out to learn as much as I could about improve my athletic performance. I saw this is the key to gaining the edge over my competitors who were often technically and tactically better than me. I LOVED this journey of improvement, discipline and striving to achieve ambitious goals!

Many years later, after moving states, trialling at pro clubs and several major injuries, I never achieved my goal (See my full journey here). But that did not dampen my passion for sport science! Instead, it has ignited a spark in me to help other young athletes (like you!) learn the latest game-changing sport science strategies to achieve your sporting goals!

So Let's work together! I want to share EVERYTHING I've learnt from 25 years playing, 6 years teaching and experience studying at the #1 Sport Science school in the world - Deakin University. My keys for success are simple:

Drinking a sports drink containing sugars (glucose) within 1 hour post exercise will replenish your glycogen (energy) stores to 100% within 24 hours. HOWEVER, if you wait 2-5+ hours, it'll take 5 days to replenish fully!!! Small changes, BIG difference.
