  • š2 types: water-soluble & fat-soluble (Soluble means can be devolved)


1. Water-soluble Vitamins:

  • šVitamin B1 (thiamine)

  • šVitamin B2 (riboflavin)

  • šVitamin B3 (niacin)

  • šVitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)

  • šVitamin B6 (pyridoxine)

  • šVitamin B7 (biotin)

  • šVitamin B9 (folate)

  • šVitamin B12 (cobalamin)

  • šVitamin C (ascorbic acid)


2. Fat-soluble Vitamins

  • š Vitamin A

  • š Vitamin D

  • š Vitamin E

  • š Vitamin K


MINERALS

  • šInorganic substances

  • šStored in the body

  • šFrom water and soil

The different types of Minerals:

  • š Calcium

  • š Iodine

  • š Iron

  • š Zinc

  • š Magnesium
