(*Please note that this is modified from the traditional AHWT test. Do this test without bonus points or losing points for dropping the ball for comparison with normative data available) What you'll need: - Some tape (Duct or masking tape preferable) - Tennis ball - Wall - Friend/timer Set-up: - Stick some tape on the wall at eye-level - Stick some tape on the ground 1 big step (1 metre) from the wall Key rules: - You need to throw left hand, right hand etc - You get 1 point every time you successfully throw and catch - You get a bonus point if you hit the tape on the wall - You lose a point if you drop the ball - Count how many points you get in 30 seconds How do you rank?
